Express Energy Holdings UK BV

Introduction

Express Energy Holdings UK BV (‘Express Energy’) is developing renewable power generation projects in the UK through its UK subsidiaries (“the Group”). The Group was established by BDI (Nederland) BV. In January 2008, Cargill Inc. acquired a minority shareholding in Express Energy.

The Group’s UK subsidiaries operate out of a head office in Birmingham from where they coordinate their activities.

Express Energy’s vision is:

“To develop and build an asset based Renewable Energy Business. To provide solutions to customers within the investment community and those committed to developing renewable energy assets”.

The Group is currently developing a number of power plants in the UK utilizing biomass fuels.
